Dear Charles ,
I don’t know if you remember me from the good old days at the TTT but I just wanted to write to say hello and thank you.
I am still living in Vienna and enjoying the pleasure of riding and training horses every day. I think so often how grateful I am to you. Without your influence in my riding I would never have such wonderful moments of feeling that nothing else exists in the world outside of the horse and I, that fine connection and feeling. So many of your wise words are in my mind always and I try my best to pass some on to my students. I have been lucky enough to train with many great trainers but the window that you give into the horses mind and body is totally unique. Again I just wanted to thank you and let you to know how much I cherish that. I hope you are well, all the best wishes.
